During filing an incorporation form you have to attach the address proof of the partners. You can submit your Voter ID, Passport, Aadhar card, driving license for Identification of each partner. You have to submit address and identification proof of all partners along with incorporation form.
Utility Bill of the proposed Registered Office of the LLP
You have to submit the utility bill of the proposed registered office of the LLP along with incorporation form. You can submit your electricity bill, telephone bill or another bill of the proposed registered office of the LLP. This shows that you are running a registered office of the LLP.
No-Objection Certificate from the Landlord
If you are thinking of starting an LLP and you want to start your business at a rented place then you have to submit No-Objection certificate along with incorporation form. If you don’t have any No-objection certificate then you have to take permission from your landlord and have to get No-objection certificate in which landlord certify that he has no objection if you carry any business activity on his place.
Rental Agreement Copy between the LLP and the Landlord
If you are thinking of starting an LLP on rented place than you have to submit your rental agreement copy along with LLP registration form. You can make rental agreement on a stamp paper which should be signed by the landlord. So you have to submit the rental agreement copy along with documents for LLP registration.
You have to stick passport size photograph along with registration form and also you have to stick passport size photograph on LLP agreement.
If your firm has NRI (Nonresidential Indian) partner then you have to submit the passport of that partner along with registration form. AN NRI can become a partner in LLP firm but he has to submit his personal document to the MCA and passport is a compulsory document for an NRI partner.
LLP agreement is a required document for the LLP because you have to submit LLP agreement within 30 days of incorporation of your LLP. You don’t have to submit this along with your incorporation form but you have to submit this document before 30 days of incorporation of the LLP.
